Neil Croxford

Chief Executive Officer

Neil joined Tideway in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly from a trading and custody, process, IT and facilities perspective. Neil was appointed CEO in March 2024.

Neil has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry as both a consultant and industry practitioner, working with both C-level executives and Boards. His most recent roles prior to joining Tideway have been Programme Director for Rathbone Brothers, setting up their Family Office business, and Head of Transformation & Change for Kleinwort Benson. He has also held positions RBS, ABN Amro and Capco, working on multiple assignments in the UK and globally. Neil is a keen skier and sailor and an average golfer (something he is trying to improve upon).
